Myspace.com and Immortal Records have joined this holiday season to help find a cure for Autism.
They are promoting the Holiday album "A Santa Cause", where a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Cure Autism Now, an organization dedicated to autism research.
For just $10 you can download the whole album or you can purchase one song for 99 cents. You will hear songs from bands such as Action Action who will sing "Father Christmas"... or It Dies Today will sing "Feliz Navidad"
